Nov. 11: Thankful

Tonight it was Jackson.  His sincere enthusiasm.  He was sitting up in his bed and in total kid-like enthusiasm he started talking about Christmas.  The realization that it was coming upon us sparked this incredible smile and joy on his face, so authentic, so free.  It just filled my heart.  And he just sat up there and talked about fun things, told me a story (meanwhile his sis is jumping on her bed).  Thankful for childlike energy….
