December Daily

I have a friend who does this tradition every year in December and I thought I'd follow suit (who knows if I'll actually keep up with it.)

Tonight was a date night with Jackson.  When I asked him this morning if he wanted to go on a date or put up Christmas decorations with me at home he said, "I'd rather do decorations because I like to work more than go on a date."  Lol

It didn't take much to convince him.  We saw Big Hero 6 (great movie), went to Target and came home.  It was just me and him.  Gosh that is a gift.  Just to have one on one time with a kiddo…what a difference that can make.  He is such a blessing in our lives.

And the other two continue to be surviving at Gma and Gpa's house.  The days will fly by and they will be home.  I'm missing my husband.  It feels like life isn't quite normal without all of them here…but I'll enjoy a few moments or quiet because soon our house will be filled with noise, chaos and laughter again.  :)
