December 3rd
Another day at the Havercamps. Seriously counting down the moments until my man returns. Re-entry is always a little tough on both of us but life without him SUCKS. :) I just miss him. Just a couple more days…
Had mom's morning this morning and then came home and three hours at our house to MYSELF! Amazing. Seriously AMAZING! I cleaned, reflected, worked on Christmas lights. It was just such a gift…
Then I had a photo shoot…
And then I welcomed home my two littles with my mom.
Gosh they are so cute. Addie Rose was so excited and ran and gave me the biggest bear hug and Asher recognized me immediately (that was so endearing). We took Addie Rose to dance, had dinner and I have a brief meeting…now I'm home…finally relaxing and putting my feet up. :)
My house went from quiet as a mouse to chaos of a circus in a matter of minutes today. There were tears, a 10 month climbing stairs (and making to the top!), fights, whining. . .
All of that quiet and calm faded away…
And yet it feels full.
There is crap EVERYWHERE. I can't believe how quickly it can get destroyed. And I'm okay with it. There may be chaos and noise…but there is a lot of love here too…
Thank God for these kids. And for my mom for watching them.
Now just a couple more days and daddy comes home. :)
